Credit Packs
Credit packs never expire. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase; once any credits from a pack have been used, that pack is no longer eligible for a refund.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount — contact us and we'll investigate and correct it, including a full refund where appropriate.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@translext.com with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
